Authorise just Google Search Console to start, then ask why organic traffic dropped — good output cites a specific page or query, not a generic ranking comment.
Try the Google Ads audit workflow on one account and check that the numbers it reports match what you see logged into the platform yourself.
Read every figure it pulls back against the source dashboard once before you forward its output to anyone else as a report.
